What jobprephq stores

We store the account details, career profile, résumés, search criteria, job matches, application materials, interview preparation, notification preferences, and billing status needed to provide the service.

How information is used

Your information is used to find roles, score relevance, prepare materials you request, track applications, send chosen notifications, secure the service, and operate your subscription. AI processing is controlled separately in Account settings.

Service providers

jobprephq may send the minimum necessary information to configured providers such as OpenAI for requested AI features, Amazon S3 for document storage, Amazon SES for email, Stripe for billing, and job-data providers for searches. Their own terms govern their processing.

Retention and control

You can choose a retention preference, export your data, revoke sessions, change notification choices, and permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes associated database records and stored résumé/application files. Limited records may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve security and billing disputes.
